What project did you work on with this agency?

Sett Social helped me define the brand proposition for my business. To identify the very essence of why we exist and to clearly articulate that value to the market - including some differentiators that I hadn’t considered.

What is your overal opinion of the work they did?

Very thorough with deep research into a niche domain unfamiliar to Dan at the time. The generation of a brand proposition document was one of the key deliverable along with a second phase to bring those values to life. I now have a living document that I can refine over time and revisit on a frequent basis to remind myself of the business values.

Very happy with the approach and agreed deliverables.
